ONLINE CHECK-IN IN ALFRED APP

A message with your accommodation voucher and a link to an electronic receptionist named Alfred will be sent to the contacts you have provided. Please register all guests here. Everything is very simple and intuitive.

Arrange your arrival time by phone with the manager Veronika (preferably 1 day before arrival) on +420 703 352 780 (WhatsApp). At the agreed time, the manager will be expecting you and will hand you the keys to the property and give you all the important information to make your stay go smoothly.

Standard check-in time is from 2 PM. If you wish to check in earlier, please contact the property manager by phone in advance.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO 24-HOUR RECEPTION AT THE PROPERTY. CHECK-IN IS ARRANGED BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER, WHO WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU AT THE AGREED TIME. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ARRIVE ON TIME!

ARRIVAL

The house is located by the road Jánské Lázně – Černý Důl – Vrchlabí.

The parking spaces are accessible from the main road.

There are two parking spaces right next to the apartment’s terrace, and the manager will give you the keys to the main entrance, which is right next to the parking spaces.

During the winter months, in the event of extreme snow conditions, when it is not possible to use the parking spaces, alternative parking will be provided, under standard snow conditions the parking spaces are maintained.

The apartment is located on the second floor and has the designation 203. The capacity of the apartment is max. 6 persons. Beds will be prepared for you according to the number of persons you have specified when booking. In case the number of persons has changed, please contact the manager and inform him of the changes so that he can adjust the number of beds.

CHECK OUT:

Unless otherwise arranged with the manager, the standard check-out time is 10:00 am. The property manager will arrive at the property at the appointed time and check the accommodation in your presence. We ask that you do not consider this activity to be a sign of mistrust, but a routine matter. Thank you for your understanding.
